Collabotrations Process
By focusing on a customer-centered approach we plan to achieve a step-by – step consolidation of all our relationships.
People & Process | Engagement Models | Collaboration Process
Our collaborative approach aims to provide value to our customers through fully integrated and committed tech teams and the development processes that we fine-tune with their companies and operating models. To achieve this goal we follow a five-step process which ensures that any new partnership is properly started and consolidated step by step.
Collaboration Scope
The relationship ‘s initial emphasis is on identifying the issues and desires of the customer, and balancing these desires with our skills and resources.
Many of this stage’s artefacts and events are:
Proposal
The parties negotiate and decide on a formal contract that specifies the basic terms of the agreement, such as the delivery process, ownership, working conditions, terms of payment, the parties’ rights and obligations and other generally agreed aspects.
Ramp Up
A proper ramp up is what distinguishes a successful long-term partnership. At this stage, we pay particular attention to selecting the most suitable people to build the core team, to ensuring the transfer of knowledge and to establishing the remote process and communication within the distributed team.
Implementation
In general, the implementation process follows several phases: bid, order approval, execution, distribution and acceptance of clients. It can also mean recruiting additional team members for team extensions, and increasing what is now a self-managed team.
Continuous Feedback
Our purpose is to contribute to the success of the businesses of our customers and to establish long-term relationships with them. To accomplish this aim, we receive ongoing input that we use to shorten the development process and enhance the deliverables quality, increase team engagement and pave the way for enduring partnerships.
